Joyce Nelson, CPCU, CIC, CPIW began her insurance career in 1973 at Iowa Mutual Insurance Company. After a one year stint in Bemidji, MN working for a General Agent of Iowa Mutual, she began working as the commercial customer service representative for a small agency. She joined Trissel Graham & Toole in 1994 and currently serves as assistant to Bob Karll and Frank Weglarz. In 2008 she was named Outstanding CSR for the State of Iowa. She is also very active in Quad Cities Insurance Association and currently serves as President.
