Kari is a graduate of Marycrest International University with Bachelors of Science Degree in Environmental Science. She has over 14 years of progressive Human Resources experience ranging from policy administration to employee relations in both a Union and Non-Union environment. As a member of the local and national SHRM chapters she stays current on Human Resource topics. Kari provides customers with a consultative approach to human resources and benefits administration initiatives, projects and organizations, regardless of the business industry or size.
