Norma has been in the insurance business for 35 years working for a major company for 30 years before joining the Wilkins-Lowe team in 2004. She is licensed in commercial property and casualty lines. Norma is the CSR for Ed Saunders working with many types of clients ranging from the small manufacturing company to large school districts. She provides daily service to customers for their insurance needs, whether it is a change in coverage, reporting a claim or issuing the renewal policy.
Norma works part time at a Hallmark Store to help support her Hallmark ornament collection. She loves decorating for Easter,
Halloween and Christmas with her many trees full of Hallmark and Radko ornaments. She is also the president of the local ornament club and enjoys meeting with other clubs across the country during special Hallmark events.
