Todd is a graduate of Buena Vista University in business and mathematics. He began his career with an Iowa-based insurance company in 1976. The experience he gained in underwriting management and rate analysis/product development led to his appointments as the company's Underwriting Vice President as well as Reinsurance Committee Chairman in 1988. He had earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1984. Todd joined the TGT staff in 1997 to concentrate on special projects for commercial clients.
